The Uintah County Library was recognized by the Utah State Library on Sept. 26, 2025, as a Utah Quality Library for 2024'025, officials told the Uintah County Commission during the Oct. 14 meeting. County presenters said the library exceeded the State Library's quality criteria for community outreach, staff development, performance benchmarks and programming.
