The Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners voted Oct. 21 to adopt a countywide compensation and classification reorganization and to implement a "bring-to-minimum" approach for positions that lag the market.
Interim County Administrator Jason Furry and consultant Williamson (Evergreen) presented the results of a compensation and classification study the board commissioned.
