D'Onofrio also offered to share contact information she had obtained through the Maryland Energy Administration and requested that district staff follow up if the board wanted to pursue the opportunity.
The board did not take immediate action on D'Onofrio’s suggestion during the meeting; she left her contact information on the public comment roster for follow‑up.
