One design (Roots to Radiance) required follow-up because staff noted potential stretching in the preview file. Staff also said legal-reviewed language used in a previous call (for library card artwork) about AI provenance could be adapted if the commission wants to require disclosure of AI usage in submissions.
On the wraps item, commissioners expressed general agreement to proceed with the top seven pending the design‑file and provenance checks. Staff will finalize placements and commissioning steps and report back when the artwork is ready for production and installation.
