Council names new Northwest multi-generational center for community advocate Conway Wood

Members of Wood’s family attended the meeting and shared brief remarks about his community service and advocacy on behalf of senior centers.
The resolution notes Wood’s leadership roles at Paradise Hills Senior Center and his long record of volunteer service, and it directs that the new facility be named the Conway Wood Northwest Multi-Generational Center. The council approved the resolution by voice vote.
