Board names 2026 nominations slate; committee selects Wagster as chair and Nally as vice chair

Melanie Doss, who chaired the nominations committee meeting, said the panel proposed Frank Wagster for chair and Jeff Nally for vice chair. The committee also proposed Philip Lim as secretary; Lim accepted the nomination when asked on the record.
The committee moved the slate and members seconded. Committee and full‑board votes recorded in the meeting minutes show the nominations motion carried by voice vote.
The chair and vice chair positions will take effect in the board’s 2026 cycle; staff said the board chair will finalize committee assignments and the committees will proceed to select subcommittee chairs as customary.
Committee members said the slate approach is intended to provide continuity for committee work and to ensure committees have necessary quorum for next year’s business.
