Park County commissioners approved the final plat and the subdivision improvements agreement (SIA) for Pioneer Place Major Subdivision, an eight-lot residential subdivision south of Powell.
Planning staff said the subdivision results from the vacation and resubdivision of Lot 2 of the Gillette Minor Subdivision and includes six 2.5-acre lots and two 3.5-acre lots. The applicant submitted a revised final plat and a draft SIA; the county attorney reviewed the agreement. Public Works approved a stormwater runoff and erosion-control plan and the plan-review committee had completed technical reviews.
The board approved the SIA first and then the final plat; conditions require providing all utility and irrigation easements of at least 20 feet where needed, completing public-works requirements, placement of required notes on the final plat, recording the signed SIA and final plat submissions and compliance with county subdivision standards. Planning staff said the lots will be released for sale only after required improvements and documentation are completed and recorded.
