St. Paul council adopts parks grant resolution, advances multiple ordinances to Oct. 8
Summary

The council also approved the consent agenda (items 4–22) and the legislative hearing consent agenda (items 28–42) as amended. The legislative hearing officer’s recommendations were approved and several items were referred back or continued because of a transition in staff. The chair announced the consent agenda votes as seven in favor and none opposed.
