The commission would include representatives from Prince George’s County Public Schools, Bowie State University, the University of Maryland, the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System, the county state delegation, Employ Prince George’s, Prince George’s Community College, literacy-focused nonprofits, a faith-based community leader, a parent-teacher association representative and a civic association representative.
