Mayor Mike Wickers asked for a motion to approve “Resolution 2025-68, declaring certain property surplus.” A motion to approve was made by Council member Burrell and seconded by Council member Holton. Council member Hyland, Council member Newell, Council member Burrell and Council member Holton each voted “yes,” and Mayor Mike Wickers said he would vote yes. The chair announced the measure approved.
The council then considered its consent calendar, which included approval of minutes from the city council work session and business meeting of Sept. 16, 2025. A motion to approve the consent calendar was made and seconded; the record shows the consent calendar was approved by voice vote. The minutes’ date and the consent action were noted on the record.
