Director Robertson and Commissioner Taylor described the edits as straightforward housekeeping to reconcile the code with longstanding practice. Commissioners asked staff to confirm the current appointment schedules; staff noted several near‑term expirations on ECDC membership rolls and said they would review the committee expiration dates and ensure appointments comply with the code requirement that vacancies be filled for the unexpired portion of a term.
