Keizer — On Oct. 6 the Keizer City Council authorized the city manager to sign a letter of intent (LOI) to sell a parcel in Keizer Station Area B to CPD Real Company LLC at a previously appraised price, and separately initiated legislative amendments to the city code (Appendix A) to allow certain auto-related businesses in limited locations of Area B.
