James Johnson, deputy county administrator for Administrative Services, told the board staff issued an RFP and received seven proposals for a visioning project to analyze whether the property should be sold, developed or incorporated into adjacent holdings. Johnson said the recommended vendor would produce a report for the board in June 2026 under the scope set out in the RFP and that the requested $67,600 would cover contract costs.
