The Cochise County Jail District Board of Directors voted 3-0 Tuesday, Oct. 7, in the Supervisor's Hearing Room in Bisbee to approve contract 24-02-SHF-01 with Combined Public Communications to provide inmate video, voice and tablet communications.
The vote followed a brief consent agenda that approved the minutes of the jail district meeting for Sept. 16, 2025, and accepted demands and budget amendments for operating transfers. The board then moved to the standalone action on the communications contract.
