- Freedom Energy Logistics: Commissioners authorized the chair to sign the energy agreement contingent on staff providing outstanding utility-bill information.
- Right Angle contract: The board approved an independent-contractor arrangement for in-person inmate mental-health services, up to 12 hours per week at $110 per hour.
- Nonpublic session: The board entered nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3, II(a) and (c) for personnel and reputation matters and later voted to seal the minutes as their release would likely have an adverse effect on the reputation of a person other than a member of the public body.
