Does any member of the public wish to comment on a closed session item? As a reminder, each speaker will only have 2 minutes to make their remarks," Darling said.
Seeing no speakers, Darling said the council would convene in closed session. The council then moved into that closed session; no additional open-session actions or timelines were announced.
