Council approves consent agenda, bills and makes multiple board appointments

Council also approved two appointments: Andrea Lalonde to the Traffic and Safety Board (term to expire May 1, 2028) and Tracy Irwin to the Historical Commission (unexpired term to expire July 1, 2026). Council members praised the appointees’ experience and willingness to serve.
Those appointments passed by roll call vote and the mayor thanked the appointees for their willingness to serve. No further action was taken on the consent items beyond formal approval; appointments will be recorded with the clerk’s office.
