The Cass County Commission on Oct. 5, 2025, approved a preliminary and final plat — application 3163 — to replat Tract 2 of West Grace Estates, a subdivision located at 34310 South State Route T in Archie, Missouri, by a 3-0 vote.
Valerie, a Cass County codes and zoning staff member, told the commission the affected parcel is “roughly [a] 20 acre tract that’s being split into two 4.66, more or less, acre tracts,” and said a residence is already under construction on the larger remainder parcel. She said the Cass County zoning board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the application.
The commission opened public comment on the application and, seeing no speakers, closed public comment before voting. The commission recorded the vote as three in favor and none opposed; no individual mover or seconder was identified on the record.
The approval allows the preliminary and final plat to be recorded consistent with the submitted application and any standard administrative conditions required by the county codes and zoning department. The county did not specify additional permit or infrastructure conditions during the discussion on the record.
No public concerns or objections were recorded in the meeting transcript about the application, and the zoning board recommendation was noted by staff during the hearing.
The commission offered brief congratulatory remarks to the applicants and wished them luck with future construction and build-out.
