Schleicher said the county mailed ballots for uniformed and overseas voters under the UOCAVA process on Sept. 9 and will mail the main batch of ballots on Friday, Oct. 10. "So I always share with folks is get out there early, cast your ballot," Schleicher said during the briefing.
