The York County History Center will offer a Friday spooky walking tour that meets at 121 Pershing Avenue at 6:00; the staff member said the tour costs $8.
Weekend events include EatzFest in Cherry Lane, an all-day food-and-vendor event beginning at 11:00 on Saturday; Creek Fire at Foundry Park, planned Saturday from 5:00 to 9:00 with bonfires, free hot dogs and music; and a free Hispanic Heritage Month screening of the film In the Heights at the Appel Center/Capitol Theater at 7:00 on Saturday. The staff member also noted a recent free screening of a Rita Moreno film at the Appel Center and recommended the Saturday screening.
