Wasco council approves routine items, grant ratification and a veto letter; several unanimous votes

All roll-call votes recorded during the meeting were unanimous with each item passing by "aye" votes from Mayor Medina, Mayor Pro Tem Salania, Council Member Martinez, Council Member Raya and Council Member Reina.
