McLaughlin said the shelter will be located at 166 Riverside, will operate during contracted winter-warming nights from about 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., and will include showers, bathrooms, food and connections to coordinated entry. She said the city expects to operate the shelter for roughly 50 nights this season and budgeted staff time to link guests to longer-term housing options.
