Council approves routine motions: minutes, appropriation ordinance, Ewald PTO event, and LKM delegate

Staff reported that the Department of Public Safety and county emergency management reviewed the request and had no objections; the event would be covered by the school district insurance. The council approved the PTO request by motion and voice vote.
League of Kansas Municipalities voting delegate - The council appointed Councilman Bob Bailey as the city's voting delegate for the upcoming League of Kansas Municipalities annual business meeting; the motion passed by voice vote.
Other routine motions - A range of other consent and procedural matters on the agenda were approved without extended debate, per the meeting minutes.
