Facilities/operations staff responded that Aramark records commodity receipts and maintains inventory records; staff said commodity usage is reconciled monthly against inventory records and the Department of Agriculture/DOD commodity listings.
The cafeteria report concluded with the district asking for continued support to fill vacancies; no policy actions were taken during the committee meeting.
