Another case, 20205-124 (Murray Hills Drive), was the subject of ongoing discussion and the applicant asked for a 60‑day deferral for community coordination, Karen said. Alan Jones, consultant for the property owner, had met with staff and neighborhood stakeholders, the committee was told.
