During roll call, Commission member Carmen was recorded as present; Commission member Armando Lopez was present; Commission member Vanessa Amici was absent; Commission member Mary Provent was present; Commission member Gail April Rodriguez was absent; and Commission member Allen Humphrey was absent. The presiding officer explicitly noted the lack of quorum and moved to adjourn rather than proceed with substantive agenda items.
No agenda items were debated, no motions were moved or seconded, and no formal votes were recorded. The commission did not assign staff directions or set follow-up tasks during the Oct. 16 session.
