Staff said the FY26 work plan currently has 23 items, highlighted recent successes and ongoing work and asked the committee for feedback. Among items staff discussed were a trip to Germany to study data‑center co‑location with district energy and waste‑heat recovery; a recently launched invasive plant species management grant program; planning for a public energy and environment forum in May 2026 at the Environmental Commission’s request; and coordination on state and regional policy issues.
