At the Oct. 21 meeting the State Water Resources Control Board took two uncontested formal actions by roll call.
First, the board voted to adopt the minutes of the Oct. 7 board meeting. A motion to adopt the minutes was made and seconded on the record; the clerk called the roll and the minutes were adopted. The roll call recorded affirmative votes from Board Member Morgan, Vice Chair D'Adamo, Board Member Firestone, Board Member McGuire and Chair Esquivel.
Second, the board considered an uncontested staff item concerning support for the Napa River flood project and a related resolution. A motion and second were recorded and the clerk called the roll. The board voted to adopt the resolution; the roll call recorded affirmative votes from Board Member Morgan, Board Member McGuire, Board Member Firestone, Vice Chair D'Adamo and Chair Esquivel.
