The Community Development Corporation scheduled its fall trail tour and agreed on a recurring meeting cadence.

Members discussed options for the Nov. 4 tour date; because Nov. 4 is Election Day and some schools are closed, the group agreed to move the trail tour to Nov. 10 to better observe school dismissal patterns and trail usage. The board decided golf carts would be used for the tour and planned a 3:30 p.m. start to watch school dismissal and afternoon trail use, with a 3:30–5:30 p.m. window discussed. Staff was asked to arrange golf carts, police escorts if required, and safety lighting for carts.

On meeting frequency, the CDC agreed to hold monthly meetings on the Monday before the first council meeting of each month and set the first regular meeting date as Dec. 8, 2025 (with the caveat that if materials are not ready the December meeting could be moved to January). Staff will circulate calendar invites and adjust if necessary. The board also agreed that if specific meeting materials are unavailable, a meeting could be canceled or a special meeting scheduled later in the month.

Staff will distribute calendar invitations and meeting logistics for the tour and the December meeting.
