The Danville CCSD 118 Board of Education voted to approve an amended lease with Carl Clinic that reduces the district’s annual payment and preserves an option to purchase the building at the lease’s end.
Superintendent John Hart told the board that Carl Clinic agreed to reduce the district’s annual lease payment from $540,000 to $250,000 for a two-year term.
