The Conroe Industrial Development Corporation board on Oct. 23 voted to award two professional-service engagements after a committee review of proposals.

CIDC staff reported the selection committee recommended Hilltop Security for financial-advisory services for CIDC, the City of Conroe and CLGC. The committee also recommended McCall, Packard & Horton for bond counsel services. Staff presented the committee’s findings and the board moved to accept the recommendations.

Both motions were approved by voice vote with no opposition. Board members did not request additional negotiations or public comment on the awards during the meeting.
