The board adopted Resolution CRA2025-09 amending the fiscal-year budget to include a $78,000 gift from Deb Gillen for an ongoing downtown planter program (First Street and around the basin). The resolution was moved by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Geraldo and approved by voice vote.
The CRA also approved task authorization forms under an interlocal memorandum of understanding (September 2018) for the city to provide materials and services to the CRA. Staff summarized Task Authorization numbers 1–4 (fixed assets; repairs and maintenance; contractual services; trolley) and said amounts were detailed in the packet for the fiscal year 25/26 budget. The task orders motion passed on the consent agenda.
The consent agenda (including the above items where applicable) was moved by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Geraldo and passed.
