Richland County commissioners approve routine contracts, hires and an engineering amendment

Harris for youth and family council financial audits (through 2027 per the contract extension presented), an agreement with New Hop Center for respite care (effective Oct. 1, 2025–Sept. 30, 2026), and a vendor agreement with Children Services for direct rental placements (effective Oct. 1, 2025–Sept. 30, 2026). The board also certified the Oct. 7 record of proceedings and approved requisitions, weekly transfers and appropriations.
