County staff told the board the petitions were verified and that no objections were raised during the public hearing; the board entered the verification into the record.
Supervisors noted the hospital authority provides oversight on bonded indebtedness and required annual reporting to the board; staff had provided the authority's annual report as part of the packet. The board recorded the motions and signatures and the appointments were entered into the county record.
