Commissioner Spitz asked for a chart showing the same measures over the last eight quarters (about two years) so the board can see whether outcomes are improving, worsening or flat. Commissioner Taylor asked whether the study should include mortgage foreclosures as well as rental evictions; staff replied that the study group will determine scope and that county subject‑matter experts on tax foreclosures are available to help.
The communications packet containing the study group item was received by the board; the vote to accept communications was approved by the board without recorded opposition.
