The Casper City Council on Oct. 21 adopted on third reading an ordinance approving a zone change for Lot 1 of the Irma Addition Subdivision in the city of Casper.
Councilor Haskins moved to approve and adopt the ordinance on third reading; the motion was seconded by the vice mayor. The council opened the floor to public comment; no members of the public addressed the ordinance during the hearing.
Councilor Gambrin acknowledged the applicant and expressed well wishes regarding the applicant’s recovery during a brief comment; no substantive questions or amendments were offered. The council recorded a unanimous vote to adopt the ordinance.
The ordinance title was read on third reading as "Approving a zone change for lot 1 of the Irma Addition Subdivision in the city of Casper, Wyoming." The council did not record additional conditions or amendments in the Oct. 21 discussion.
