- Accept Innovation Career Pathways Implementation and Support Grant (applied for $75,000; awarded $70,000): Approved (voice vote). Funds designated for program coordination, curriculum development, credentials (including phlebotomy), additional transportation and staff professional development through June 30 of the grant year.
- Approve AES surplus: Approved (voice vote).
- Approve payroll vendor warrants (10/01/2025 to 10/15/2025): Approved (voice vote).
- Approve regular-session minutes from Sept. 24, 2025: Approved (voice vote).
