Idaho State University presents FY2026 budget request, addresses Eastern Idaho forensic lab funds and internal accountability

Campbell told the committee, “happily, ISU has not overdrawn its bank account.” President Rob Wagner then answered detailed questions about the forensic-lab appropriation and described new accountability steps under his administration.
