Board approves temporary borrowing, 2025‑26 budget and tax levy; appoints deputy clerk

Julie also said the biennial state budget provided no new state aid and that the district’s revenue pot increased by $325 per student, a technical change that affected levy calculations.
The board appointed board member Tracy Blair to serve as deputy clerk for 2026 board election duties because another board member (Jason) is on the ballot and the clerk’s election duties must be handled by a designee for election administration purposes. The motion passed by voice vote.
