LGCC approves June and August minutes and moves December meeting to Dec. 11

The commission voted to approve the minutes of the June 26, 2025 LGCC meeting and the minutes of the Aug. 20–21, 2025 LGCC meeting. Both motions passed on roll-call votes with members present voting “yes.” Chair Barboa moved to approve the June minutes; a second was recorded and roll call followed, with members identified on the record as voting yes.
Later in the meeting members proposed moving the Dec. 18 LGCC meeting to Dec. 11 to avoid the holiday period. The commission voted on the change to Dec. 11, the motion passed on a roll call with all present voting yes.
Vote records as read into the minutes by meeting staff for the June-minute approval included roll-call confirmations by Chair Barboa, Vice Chair Jackson, Member Rogers, Member Barbara Baca, Member Tammy Feeblecourt, Member Champine, Member Grout, Member Singhal, Member Olivas and others identified on the record; each was recorded as voting yes. The subsequent roll call for the Aug. minutes and the schedule change likewise recorded affirmative votes by members present.
