Meeting materials showed the contract contains a recurring monthly management fee (amount not specified in the transcript) and a one-time equipment fee of $1,195 for hardware that enables secure data download from vehicles into county buildings. Commissioners moved, seconded and carried the agreement for the sheriff’s office; a similar motion carried later for laptops that will be placed in constable vehicles and other county offices.
