Under action consent (item 7), the board approved a package that included a personnel item, approval of minutes from Sept. 23, 2025, acceptance of a donation to Lafayette Elementary, rescheduling the Nov. 11, 2025 meeting and canceling the Nov. 25, 2025 regular meeting, and acceptance of a USDA child nutrition program grant. During policy actions consent (item 9 consent group), the board approved a group of policy updates and retirements (CBA, CBC, CBE, CF, CFD as presented) after a motion by Kitty and a second by Lalania. Trustees voiced support for getting the new C‑policy structure in place ahead of the incoming board in December.
