Temecula Town Center color change application continued off calendar after owner withdraws revised palette

A hearing on a modification application (PA25-0137) for as-built gray paint tones on 13 buildings at Temecula Town Center was continued off calendar on Oct. 1 after the property owner's representative said a revised application will be submitted.
Planning staff member Jaime read an email from Erica Wong of Peer Group Management, the property-owner representative, stating ownership had reconsidered the proposed gray palette and would resubmit a revised application aligned with city guidelines; the email said the revised materials would be submitted by Oct. 3 and that ownership would not attend the Oct. 1 meeting.
Staff also noted a public email in opposition to the dark gray color scheme was received from Susanna Hines and was distributed to the dais. The commission voted to continue the item off calendar (motion moved and seconded; voice vote, motion carried 4-0).
Staff said the owner will provide a revised palette and resubmit when ready; no further discussion or public testimony occurred at the meeting.
