Board approves Commonwealth and COMAC invoices as Komac project nears closeout

Staff said PPI has completed the lining work except for a few internal seals and manhole items and that taps/laterals are complete. A motion to pay the invoices was approved by the board on a voice vote.
Project administrative closeout remains, and staff said they will complete the process and return a closure recommendation next month.
