Round County school board approves facility plan, teacher coverage pay, bus purchase and other measures

ROUND COUNTY — The Round County School Board of Education on Oct. 21 approved a draft district facility plan that clears the way for planned HVAC work at McBrayer Elementary and took a series of votes on routine business, transportation and personnel measures.

The board voted to approve the draft facility plan developed by the local planning committee so the district can seek state review and proceed with next‑summer scheduling for McBrayer HVAC work.
