School board adopts medicine-administration and concealed-firearms policies

Board member Michael moved to advance policy CKA (concealed firearms) to second and final reading; Billy Wilson seconded. Trustees discussed no amendments during the meeting and the board approved the motion by voice vote.
The board chair reminded trustees that both actions constituted second and final readings, after which they become board policy and will be implemented according to district procedures.
