Warren Zoning Board to hold inaugural annual joint meeting with Planning Commission in January 2026

At the end of its Oct. 8 meeting, the Warren Zoning Board of Appeals discussed new business including a request from the Planning Commission to create an annual joint meeting. The board’s chair said members will work with Planning Commission staff to schedule the inaugural meeting in January 2026 and will provide more information later.
Chairman Starovich also welcomed Councilman Noonan and Councilwoman McGee, who attended the meeting as guests. Board members raised a separate follow-up item asking zoning staff to check on compliance at 30122 Cousin Oak and to report back to the board.
The board set no formal agendas for the joint meeting during the Oct. 8 session; staff will coordinate dates and agenda topics with the Planning Commission and report back to the Zoning Board.
