The commission vote was recorded as seven ayes in favor of recommending conditional approval.
The commission recommended conditional approval for application C-25-03, an auto wholesale/office use proposed outside the Growth Zone Overlay District on a parcel zoned AC (agricultural conservation). The motion and supporting findings reference the October 2, 2025 staff report and require the applicant to comply with staff and agency requirements and with Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles requirements; the approval explicitly prohibits on-site vehicle storage connected with the wholesale use. The vote was recorded as seven ayes in favor of recommending conditional approval.
