“The development already has street parking accounted for,” staff said while describing the packet map and the areas proposed for signage. Staff said individual businesses were notified by letter and no responses had been received as of the meeting.
Committee members moved to forward the restriction ordinance to council; the committee approved the recommendation by voice vote.
The ordinance would add no-parking signage in the identified locations; the committee did not amend the developer’s agreement or change on-site parking allocations. The item will advance to the City Council for a final decision and ordinance adoption.
