County Attorney Lutz told the board that Wright County Court Services began transitioning to a community‑corrections, probationary model earlier this year and that "we encountered an issue with the Department of Corrections, regarding the responsibility of payment or provision for carryover with respect to vacation and sick time accrued by some of the employees."
